John Koon

John has extensive consulting and industry experience with a particular focus on leveraging clients’ supply base to achieve and sustain a competitive advantage. He’s successfully worked with clients in the Financial Services, Oil & Gas, Utilities, Automotive, Technology and Manufacturing industries in North America, Europe, and Asia. John was a Senior Principal in the Global Operations and Strategic Sourcing Practice at A.T. Kearney, Inc., and has held management positions with GTE and John Hancock Financial Services, where he was Chief Procurement Officer.

John’s a member of the Purchasing Management Association of Boston and a Past President of the Purchasing Management Association of Western New England. He holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from Western New England College.
